South Carolina based Poulin | Willey | Anastopoulo continues to fight in J.M. Smucker Company lawsuit against its JIF® Products
Charleston, SC (6.9.22) — The team of lawyers from Poulin | Willey | Anastopoulo continued their fight on behalf of clients who purchased JIF® & J.M. Smucker Company products from the contaminated Lexington, KY facility. The firm was one of the first in America to file a lawsuit against the company when it did so last month. The latest is the South Carolina class action complaint [which is attached to this release] which was filed on behalf of Charleston resident, Cameron Bopp.
